Best 3d Printing Software for Beginners

I believe that 3d printing should be as easy as using an inkjet printer. After trying MatterControl Version 2, from Matter Hackers, I was surprised to learn that this free opensource solution combines the ability to create 3d models, slice the models and control a 3d printer into a single application.

With this application, many users will be able to reach the objective of using a 3d printer as painlessly as using an inkjet printer. MatterControl works with most G-code based printers including the Creality Ender family, the Prusa i3 family, and the Monoprice 3d printers.
