Great Designs in 3D Printing // Intro 101 for Saving Money

3D Printing has many different options when building a part. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is one way with nylon powder, Stereolithography (SLA) uses liquid resin bath to make detailed small models, and Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) heats up filament and extrudes layers on a platform.

Designing in Autodesk Fusion 360 is a great way to start before even buying your first 3D Printer. The price of machines can range, and sometimes using a 3D bureau may be a better way of getting your part. Purchasing a machine is totally worth it if you are excited to start making!
